Shutter rivet for use with 1930-31 V-8, V-12 and V-16 Cadillac. Semi tubular brass rivet, .125 shank small Dia., .179 shank large Dia., 5/16 head. Duplicate of original stepped rivet to attach radiator shutters to linkage.
