Long clutch driven plate separator spring. This flat steel spring rivets to the center plate and holds the center plate away from the flywheel when the clutch is released . 

For use with Long Clutch Model 31A and others.

Three pair per disk are usually required, some applications only require three springs.
Long Clutch Model 31A was used on the following:
