If I'm rude to your staff, will you still fill my order?
    
    
Absolutely not.
We don’t do business with people who treat our staff in an inconsiderate manner.  If you choose to act in a fashion that is offensive, you can expect one of three things to happen: your email will not be responded to, your phone call will not be returned or your existing order will be canceled and refunded.  Unless you feel like buying a lot of expensive tooling to make parts yourself, think twice before treating our staff rudely.

Are all your products in stock?

     Unless an item is specifically noted as "out of stock" in red type on the product page, that item is IN STOCK and AVAILABLE for purchase.  If the quantity you want to buy exceeds the amount we have in inventory, you will see a pop up message that shows the actual amount on hand available for purchase.  

I did not receive an email receipt for my order - what happened?


    We send email receipts for all orders placed in our store. Please be certain your spam or junk email control folders and settings are set to accept emails from: orders@classicandexotic.com.  If you did not receive a receipt, that's likely to be the reason.

How long will it take to process my order?
   
    Our normal handling time is 24 hours or less - many items ship the same day the order is received.  If there will be an unexpected delay in processing your order, we'll let you know.

    A few of our products may require an additional handling time of a few days  - check individual product descriptions for information.

    Some of our items are made to order - these items are noted on their product pages as having a 1 - 2 week delivery time.  Your order will be shipped when all items become available.

What days do you ship?

    We ship Monday thru Friday.

What forms of payment do you take?

    We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and Paypal.  We also accept checks and money orders - you can place an order on our site and send us payment via check or money order.  You order will be shipped upon receipt of payment with a money order, checks may require a 2-3 hold until payment clears.
