Are all your products in stock?

     Unless an item is specifically noted as "out of stock" in red type on the product page, that item is IN STOCK and AVAILABLE for purchase. If the quantity you want to buy exceeds the amount we have in inventory, you will see a pop up message that shows the actual amount on hand available for purchase.  

I did not receive an email receipt for my order - what happened?

    We send email receipts for all orders placed in our store. Please be certain your spam or junk email control folders and settings are set to accept emails from:  If you did not receive a receipt, that's likely to be the reason.

How long will it take to process my order?
    Our normal handling time is 24 hours or less. If there will be an unexpected delay in processing your order, we'll let you know.

What days do you ship?

    We ship Monday thru Friday.

What forms of payment do you take?

    We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and Paypal.
